How to delete your account

Open Settings → Account, click “Delete account” at the bottom, type “delete” and confirm.

If you can’t sign in, email support@chatplus.com from your account email and we’ll delete it on request.

What happens

• Your subscription is cancelled right away, and the unused paid time is lost. Your chats and files are deleted.
• Your profile data is anonymised and you are signed out on every device. Payment records are kept.

If you only want to clear your history, Settings → Account has a “Delete all chats” button.
