Notifications and reply sound

All of these are in Settings → Notifications. Reply notifications and the reply sound are off by default.

• Browser notifications — when an agent task, image or video is ready while the tab is in the background. Scheduled tasks arrive even when the site is closed.
• Reply ready — a notification when a chat reply is ready while you’re in another tab, another app or have closed the site. It goes to the device you asked from.
• Reply sound — a short sound when a reply is ready. Pick one of several sounds and listen to it first.

If your browser blocked notifications, allow them for the site using the icon next to the address bar. On iPhone, browser notifications only work after you add the site to your Home Screen.
